Privacy policy

When you submit an online request: your name, national ID number, mobile number, email (optional), governorate, and the request details and attachments.

When you write to us: your name, how to reach you, and the message.

The data is used only to process requests and answer messages. It is not shared outside the Diwan except where the law requires.

Tracking a request needs the mobile number as well as the request number, so no one else can see its status.

Only your chosen colour and light mode, and a draft of the form while you fill it in. The draft is removed after you submit, and you can clear it from the form.

The site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking.

You may ask to see, correct or delete your data through the contact page.
